Subscription Policy

Subscription is optional. Each pack also has a one-time purchase option. There is no minimum commitment.

Billing and delivery

Current one-time and subscription prices are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions start with a 30-day delivery frequency. Where enabled, you can choose 90 or 150 days on the product page. Billing and delivery use the frequency you select, which is separate from the pack’s supply duration. Applicable shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Shipping availability, charges, delivery options and taxes are confirmed at checkout. Existing subscriptions retain their original shipping arrangements.

Shipping Protection on subscriptions

If selected, Shipping Protection costs $4.99 USD per subscription order, including each renewal, and follows that shipment's existing cadence. Remove it or opt out of future protection through your subscription account or by contacting support@tryiyra.com. Existing subscription contracts and terms remain unchanged, and are not enrolled automatically.

Cancel or skip

Cancel your subscription or skip a delivery before renewal processing through subscription account access. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not reverse a previously processed order. Check your next processing date in your subscription account. Contact support@tryiyra.com for assistance.

Digital content

No digital guide delivery is included with these purchases.

Historical subscriptions

Existing subscriptions retain their original contracts, prices and fulfillment arrangements. A change to this storefront does not convert a subscription to colostrum.
