Returns and Refunds Policy

Product may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@tryiyra.com with your order details before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions.

Order problems

Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products receive separate support handling. Please describe the issue and retain the packaging while support reviews it. Do not send a return to an unconfirmed address.

Subscriptions

A return does not automatically cancel an ongoing subscription. Manage future renewals separately using the available account controls or contact support.

Historical orders retain their original purchase terms.
