Shipping availability, charges, delivery options and taxes are confirmed at checkout. Existing subscriptions retain their original shipping arrangements.

Fulfillment and delivery

Expected delivery in 7 business days. This is an estimate; processing or carrier exceptions may extend it. Delivery eligibility, shipping options and charges are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection applies only to eligible shipments the carrier confirms were lost before delivery. It provides one replacement of the affected items with replacement shipping. If an affected item is unavailable for replacement, we refund that product.

Submit a claim to support@tryiyra.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, after allowing a 48-hour wait past that date. Claims require carrier confirmation that the shipment was lost before delivery, plus a verified delivery address and tracking details.

Shipping Protection does not cover a package marked delivered that is missing or stolen after delivery, damage, delivery delays or an incorrect address. Your existing order rights and support options remain available.

The Shipping Protection fee is refundable only when an order is canceled before shipment, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
