Order information
Information needed to process an order may be handled by IYRA, commerce and payment service providers, fulfillment providers, delivery carriers and the storefront hosting provider. Order details and contact information are used to process orders and provide customer support.
Digital guide delivery and data use
For an order that includes a digital guide under its purchase terms, we use the email address provided at checkout to send a delivery email. We use the associated order and subscription details to verify eligibility, payment and access, and to resolve delivery or download problems.
Brevo, our transactional email provider, processes the recipient email address and delivery message, including a private download link. Each emailed link expires after seven days and contains an access token rather than your email address or order number. Keep the link private.
Guide delivery emails are part of fulfilling an eligible order and do not enroll you in email or text marketing. Marketing choices remain separate from guide delivery and optional analytics or advertising.
We remove the recipient email address from the IYRA delivery queue after a successful send or when delivery is no longer being retried. Associated order, access and delivery-status records are retained for customer support, security and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This note explains delivery for eligible orders; the applicable purchase terms determine whether a guide is included.
Privacy choices
Available analytics and advertising are enabled by default. Saved opt-outs and browser privacy signals are respected. You can review or turn off these settings through Privacy choices. Settings are saved on this device for 180 days. Email and text marketing remain separate and optional. Necessary order processing is separate from optional tracking.
For privacy requests or questions, email support@tryiyra.com. Historical order records remain subject to their applicable privacy terms and recordkeeping requirements.
