Everpine Steady All-Day Energy

Capsules are fine. Nine days to get here with tracking that sat in one place for five of them. I am not going to pretend that does not matter when I am down to my last four and I ordered on a Monday. Product is good. Shipping needs work.

no crash at three any more. that is the whole product for me. i am 34 i work from home and three o clock used to be a lost hour

Used to be four sessions a week. Then two. Then one, and I called that a program. Back to three this month, and the third one is the one that tells you. Six weeks in.

Ordered the three pack, it took nine days, and I had nothing for three of them. The capsules are fine, I would just order earlier next time. Nail salon owner, 45.

Nine weeks and the afternoons are noticeably better. The first two weeks I got mild nausea about an hour after taking it, and it went away if I ate something with it. Take it with food. That is the whole complaint and it is a small one, but I nearly stopped at day four because of it, so it is worth saying out loud for the next person who searches for it.

The thing I appreciate is that the label says one capsule and does not pretend it is a stack of fourteen things. Single ingredient, lot number on the bottle, checked it against the sheet and it matched. Effect is mild, mostly sleep onset. Four stars because mild costs fifty dollars a month and I keep paying it, so make of that what you will.

Something nobody tells you about this job is that the rental car smells the same every week and after a while you start to hate it. I picked up a car in Jackson in February and sat in it for a minute before I could make myself put the key in. That is where I was at. Started the capsules in March. Six weeks later I am picking up the same car and it does not bother me. Nothing about my schedule changed. Same flights, same accounts, same forty five minute drive to the plant. I just have a little left over at the end of the day, and apparently a little was all I was missing. Sleep got worse the first ten days, then it evened out. Now I take it with the hotel breakfast and forget about it.

February was the test and I did not know it was a test until it was over. Our building had two hundred kids out in one week, the office was a queue from 7:40 to 3:30, and I usually end up with whatever is going around by the second week. This year I got through it and went home and made dinner. I started these in November mostly because a colleague in the front office would not stop talking about them. Four months is long enough that I trust it. I am not going to say it kept me healthy, because I do not know that and neither does anyone else. I just did not collapse in February.

Ten weeks. Two things, and I'll be specific because vague reviews wasted a lot of my time. First, I stopped standing in the middle of a room trying to remember what I came in for. That was happening several times a day at work and at home and it made me feel stupid in a way I didn't say out loud to anyone. Second, the evenings. I used to hand the last two hours of the day to the sofa and now I don't. Last night I repotted four plants at eight o'clock, which is not a sentence I could have written in February. Energy through the working day is only slightly better. It's the ends of the day that changed. Star off for the shipping, which took nine days and I didn't recieve the bottle until I'd emailed twice.

Landscaper, forty five. In July this is worth every cent, because July is when the work is and July is when I need it. In January I am plowing at night and sleeping in the day and I do not take it, because there is nothing to be sharp for. So I buy three packs, not six. $1.33 a day for seven months is about $280 a year. I know that number exactly because I wrote it on the inside of the truck door.

Ten hours on a lathe, and the last hour used to be a coin flip on whether I would scrap a part. The three pack works out to about a dollar thirty three a day. That is less than the gas station coffee I was buying that was doing nothing for me. Five weeks in, the afternoon stopped dragging. Reordered the six pack in June and I am on the third bottle now.

Twenty years in this salon. The rent went up twice and the price of a manicure did not, so I do the arithmetic at night whether I want to or not. $49.99 a month is one and a half manicures. That is how I measured it. I decided I would rather have my afternoons than the money, and I decided it slowly, over about three weeks, with the bottle in the cart and the page open on my phone. Nine weeks now and the four o'clock hour is not a wall. I still have the chair in the back room. I just do not sit in it. My sister says sell the chair and I might, and then I will use the money for the six pack and she will tell me I am impossible.

Everyone in my family says I seem better. I do not feel different. My husband is not a flatterer, he is the opposite, and he said it twice without being asked, once in the kitchen and once in the car. My daughter said I am easier to talk to, which stung a little. I have four stars for that reason and not five, because I am going on their word and not mine, and I would like to be able to tell you myself. I am still taking it and I will keep taking it. Twelve weeks, one capsule at breakfast, and I have not missed more than two days.

used to need twenty minutes to feel like a person before the first set. now it is five. same age, same knees, same everything else. small, real, and i noticed it in week five.

first dose at nine at night, lay there till four. second dose at seven in the morning, last five weeks. sleeping better than i have in years. timing is everything here

Works. That is settled, third bottle, my wife has stopped asking why I am in a bad mood at six. My complaint is the price of the single bottle against everything else on the market. Forty nine ninety nine is at the top of the range for five hundred milligrams and the discount only shows up if you commit to three months. I committed. Most people will not, and they will buy a cheaper thing that does not work.

Grocery manager, fifty one. It works, I think. Four a.m. is definately less brutal and I am not falling asleep over the schedule at two in the afternoon. The reason for four stars is simple. I can buy a month of my other vitamins for less than one bottle of this. I will keep going on the three pack because it is the only version where the numbers fit.

Works, and I will keep taking it, but the timing window is narrower than the label suggests. Nine in the morning is fine. Eleven is not, and I will be awake at two. I found that out three times because I am a slow learner. The other thing worth saying is that the effect is not a buzz, it is that my second run of the week does not feel like the first one did in 2019. I have been running since college. I know the difference between a good week and a change. Four stars, one off for the narrow window, and one more off in my head for the price, which I have decided to ignore.

Sixty three, retired electrician, and this is going to sound strange. I am not more energetic. I am less bored. I used to sit in the chair with the TV on and feel like the day had already ended at two. Now I get up and do something. Same chair. Same TV. Different man. Six weeks.

Kept notes for sixty days because I did not trust myself to remember. Falling asleep, from about seventy minutes to twenty five. Waking in the night, from three times to once. Total sleep, about an hour more, sometimes less. Mood, better, but that could be the extra hour. Energy in the afternoon, barely moved, honestly. Sixty days at forty nine ninety is about a hundred dollars and I got an hour of sleep a night for it, which is somewhere near a dollar sixty an hour if you do the arithmetic. Cheaper than a lot of things. Also more than I want to spend on a bottle that looks like it came from a hospital. Four stars. Capsules are big, the timing rule is real, and shipping took nine days both times.

I look at my calendar and there is no gap in it. Nine to five, back to back, and for about three years I was surviving the second half of it rather than doing it. My notes from afternoon meetings were useless. Half sentences. That is a bad look for a lawyer, even a junior one. Started in April. One capsule at breakfast, which is a thing I can do because I eat breakfast. Weeks one to three, nothing except a mild headache on day two and three that then did not come back. Week four I looked at my afternoon notes and they were complete sentences. Week six I stopped needing the walk around the block at three. The version I would tell a friend: it does not make you faster, it makes the last two hours count. Keeping the six pack.

i walk the dog at seven, after dinner. for two years that walk was a chore i did badly and cut short. now i take the long loop. the dog is thrilled. six weeks in.

Sixty two, sheet metal. Nine weeks. No headache, no sleep trouble, nothing. What I got is a better afternoon and about an hour more usable evening. I take it at six with a piece of toast. I have not changed anything else. My wife has not said anything, which for her is a good sign.

I was measuring the wrong thing. I kept waiting to feel something like a coffee. It never came and I nearly wrote this off at week four. What I should have been measuring was how many times I got up from my desk in the afternoon to walk around, which I did about six times a day and now do about once. I am fifty seven, I do quality documentation, and my work is about not missing things. In week six I got through a full audit prep without the afternoon walk and without missing anything, which is a better result than a buzz would have been. I sleep the same. I was worried about that, because the reviews mention it, and I take it at seven in the morning so it has never been an issue. Four stars if I am being fair about the price. Five because it did the thing I needed rather than the thing I was hoping to feel.

Sunday is the long day in this house. Up at five, church at nine, dinner for whoever stays, then the evening service. I used to come home from all of it and go straight to bed. Now I sit with my husband and we talk about nothing for an hour. I am not going to make a sermon out of it. It helps.

Fifty six, heavy equipment operator. I checked the lot against the sheet on the site because I got burned by a brand that had nothing in it once. Matched. 99.9 percent and no fillers listed. Six weeks in, sleeping better, and I am not dragging by the end of a ten hour. Four stars because forty nine dollars is a lot of money for a bottle you can hold in one hand. The price is the whole argument against it. I do not need a nicer bottle and I do not need a story about the mountain it was made on. I need the number on the lot to match the number on the sheet and I need the capsule to do something. Both of those happened. I will buy the three pack next time and bring the per bottle cost down.

I sent one capsule to a lab I use for work on my own money, twenty two dollars. Came back 498 mg against a 500 label, nothing else in it. That is the only reason I am still here two bottles later. The effects are modest, the label is honest, and modest plus honest is rare enough.

Ran NR for eight months before this, 300 mg, and got a mild thing in month two that never came back. Switched because the per milligram math was better here. Six weeks in and I would describe it as the same mild thing. So either both work or neither does, and I'm not paying a premium to find out which.

The walk to the barn is about two hundred yards and I make it four times a day. In January I was doing it in stages, stopping at the gate to catch myself, and telling nobody. Now I do it in one go and I do not think about it. I am seventy. I take one capsule with my breakfast and I have not changed anything else. My son in Pittsburgh thinks I am wasting my money and I have decided not to argue with him about it.

Lifting three days a week, fifty one, and the soreness thing is real. My legs do not hate me on the second day, and the third day back at the same weight is possible now. Shipping is why this is four stars. Ordered the six pack on the second, label created on the fourth, and then nothing until the twelfth. I emailed on the ninth, no answer. Emailed again on the eleventh and got a reply the same day saying it had not been scanned. It arrived on the fourteenth, seal fine, contents fine. I will order again, because the product works and the price per bottle on the six pack is the only reason I can take it daily, but I will order two weeks before I run out and I will not trust the tracking.

Bought it for him. Fifty nine, HVAC, knees gone, comes home and just sits. Six weeks and he is in the garage on Sundays again. Has not said thank you. Has not missed a day.

Every blend I tried before this had eleven ingredients and a proprietary panel with no numbers, and I could never work out which one was doing what. This is one line on the label and a certificate. That is the entire reason I am still here nine weeks later. The effect is steady afternoons and slightly better sleep, which is not a headline but is exactly what I was buying.

Three bottles for my father at the three pack price, which is the only way it makes sense for us, because I am not going to hand a 79 year old a fifty dollar experiment monthly. It works, or something works. His afternoons are longer, he is back at the table for dinner instead of in the chair, and he has started answering the phone. Four stars because I have to buy three at a time to make the number reasonable, and because the second order took nine days.

Full pot at noon for thirty years. Stopped doing that in April without deciding to, I just noticed one day I had not made it. That is the whole effect as far as I can measure it. Sixty three years old, on my feet in attics all summer, and I will take it. What I will not do is pretend I know why. I changed nothing else. Same breakfast, same bedtime, same route, same helper who talks too much. The other thing is I am not falling asleep in the chair during the ballgame, which my wife has noticed twice and mentioned both times. Small thing, and it is the only thing I have got, and it is enough that I ordered again.

Nail salon, forty three, eleven years. You hold the drill with the tips of your fingers and by four o'clock your hand is not doing what you tell it. That is the specific thing. Nine weeks and I finish the last client with a steady hand. I did not expect that from something I bought for being tired.

Down to one physio visit a month from two, and the hip held through a full block. Fifty dollars against forty a visit is not hard math. Four stars because I worked it out myself.

The thing works well enough that I reordered, so understand that first. My complaint is the count. One a day, thirty to a bottle, so every thirty days I am doing arithmetic about whether I have enough to get through a weekend at my son's. My wife takes it too, so we have two bottles and two reorders and they do not line up. A sixty count would solve it. Four stars. I will keep buying the three pack and grumbling.

The first two weeks I took it at supper because that is when I take everything else, and I was awake untill two in the morning three nights running. Read the page again, moved it to breakfast, and I sleep fine now. My own fault. The page could say it louder. Four stars because the afternoons are better and my wife says I am easier to be around, which I choose to take as a compliment.

The last four capsules rattle around and one of them came out with a crack in the shell. She would have taken it. I threw it out. Four stars, everything else is fine.

School nurse, four hundred kids, one ice pack at a time. The thing I bought this for was the two o'clock slump in the office, which is when the queue is longest and my notes get sloppy. Six weeks and the notes are not sloppy. I still get the same number of kids.

This was the worst term of my career and I want to say that before I say anything about a capsule. New curriculum, two colleagues out on leave, thirty four in a class that should hold twenty eight. Any honest review of anything I took during that term has to account for the fact that the term itself was a disaster. That said: I got to the end of it. In previous bad terms I have ended up sitting in a car park at four in the afternoon unable to make myself drive home, and this time I did not. I take one capsule with breakfast and I have done since August. Maybe it helped and maybe I just decided to get through it. I am fifty three, I have been teaching for twenty six years, and I am aware of how much I want this to be the reason.

Twelve years of the same four lifts, and I know what a good month looks like. This was not a good month. This was two lifts going up ten pounds in the same three weeks, at fifty, with no change in sleep, food or program. I have been doing this long enough to be suspicious of my own enthusiasm, so I will say it plainly: bench went from 205 to 215 and row from 165 to 175, and both have held for five weeks. That is not a program change, because there was no program change. It is either the capsules or the best month of my life, and nothing else about the month was good.

It works on my recovery, maybe by a day. It is also fifty dollars for a bottle that lasts a month. I reordered anyway, which tells you what you need to know about me.

sixty three. checked the lot against the sheet before i took one. it matched. six weeks and the two oclock hole in my day is smaller. the bottle is ugly and i dont care.

Three pack is the only way it makes sense. Ninety nine cents a day is what I tell myself, which is less than the coffee I used to buy on the way to the job I no longer have. It works well enough that I keep doing the arithmetic. Four stars because I have to do arithmetic at all.

Nothing bad happened, which I want on the record because some of the reviews here scared me off for a month. No headache, no nausea, no sleep trouble. It took five weeks to do anything and what it did was small. Four stars for the honesty of the label, not for fireworks.

Quarter mile driveway, hill coming back. I walked down and back for the mail every day this week and did not think about it once. Two years ago I started driving. I am 65 and the mail is not important, the hill is.

Standing up from my desk used to take a second. Then it took two. Now it takes none, which is the least dramatic sentence I have ever written about a supplement and also the most accurate. Six weeks, one capsule in the morning. I am forty eight and I run the office of a school with six hundred children in it.

I am on the road at four thirty in the morning and the first three hours used to be a fight. Now they are just early. Six weeks. I still stop for coffee, I just do not need it to stay awake.

My wife does not recommend things. She has a sister she talks to daily and a friend she has known since college and that is the whole list. Somewhere in the fifth week she told the friend about the capsules, and the friend asked me about the certificate, and now the friend is taking it too. Five stars. I have no idea whether it is the capsules or the fact that she is finally sleeping, which is the thing she reports most consistently.

It works. Six weeks in and the afternoons are noticeably better, alot better actually, and I did not expect that from a plain capsule. The packaging is a white bottle with a sticker on it and for fifty dollars I would like something that does not look like it came from a compounding pharmacy.

Bought the six pack because the math was better, and I allways do the math, which my wife finds tiring. Eight weeks in and the afternoons are better. The cap is a two hand job in cold weather, which out here is most of the year. Four stars for that and for the price.

Had three bottles on the counter for a week reading labels like a maniac. The other two had flow agents and one had a flavor. This had one line on the supplement facts. That decided it. Six weeks, sleep is deeper, and I am not asleep on the couch at seven anymore. My wife stopped asking if I am alright.

Resting heart rate down about two beats over eight weeks, which at my age is either the capsule or the fact that I stopped drinking in January. Since I did both in January I'll never know. Afternoons are noticeably better and that part I'm confident about.

To the person reading the one stars and deciding: three of them are shipping and one is a person who quit at two weeks. I nearly joined them. Week five is when it showed up for me, and if I had written this at week two it would have been a two star review with a lot of confidence behind it.

Travel is my complaint. I am gone three weeks at a time visiting my daughter in another state and a thirty count bottle means I am either decanting into a baggie, which feels illegal at the airport, or buying a second bottle to leave at her house. The capsules are fine and I have been on them since June with a steadier afternoon. Sell a sixty and I will stop complaining. Four stars, and the missing one is only for the count.

Bought a bottle for my mother after reading the certificate page line by line. She is seventy one and takes one with breakfast. Three months. She is doing her own shopping again and she has not mentioned being tired since the spring. I cannot prove any of that is the capsule. I can tell you the lot number on her bottle matches the sheet on the site.

Solid. Six weeks, afternoons better by about an hour, sleep unchanged. My only note is that the effect is small enough that I wouldn't notice it if I weren't logging, and I suspect half the people who say it did nothing are in that bucket.

Nine weeks. The flatness lifted before anything else did. I noticed because I wanted to do something on a Saturday, which hadn't happened in a while.

Sixty seven, retired, so I did the math. Forty nine ninety nine a month is two bottles of the wine I like. Worth it, my afternoons are usable again. One star off for the price.

Speech comes back first. That sounds strange but it is what happened. Six weeks on one capsule with breakfast, and the thing that changed is I stopped losing the last word of a sentence in front of a parent. The tiredness is still there at four. It is just not sitting on top of everything else the way it was.

Started in July mostly out of curiosity and because a friend would not stop talking about it. Five months in. I sleep through the night about five nights out of seven now, up from maybe two. My afternoon is not a wall. I cannot prove any of it and I am not going to pretend I can. I reordered, which is the only review that matters.

Ordered a second bottle from a different lot to see if the certificate changed. It did: new number, new date, same lab. Whatever else is true, they are not printing one sheet and reusing it forever, which is a thing I have caught another brand doing.

Fifty eight, welder. Nothing dramatic. Less wrecked at four in the afternoon and I sleep a little deeper. Took five weeks. Four stars because forty nine dollars is real money.

Own a small hardware store and I am on my feet behind the counter nine hours a day. June, July and August are the three months I usually lose. I did not lose them this year. Week four onward. I am 50.

Sixty two, welder. She says it in front of people now, which is her way. Less of a bear in the evening. Not different in my body, different in my patience. Six weeks.

Overhead press is the lift that tells me the truth about my shoulders, and it had been stuck at the same number for eighteen months. Week six I got two more reps at that weight. Week eight, five more pounds. Fifty-one and I have stopped assuming every plateau is permanent. That is worth more to me than the money, and it is not much money.

Wedding season. Three in one weekend in September, and I loaded, unloaded, and arranged all of it and did not cry in the van once. That used to be a thing that happened. Week five or six, I lost track.

Two months in. Nothing I would put on a billboard. My Tuesday session and my Saturday run both cost me less afterward, and I have stopped thinking about it, which is the point.

Bedtime used to be something I got through so I could sit down. Now I read two chapters instead of one, and I am the one who suggests it. My daughter noticed. That is the whole thing.

Fourteen months of waking at least twice a night and I had accepted it as the new normal. Ordered this for my husband, actually, and then started taking it myself out of spite. One with breakfast. Around week three I stopped waking at two for no reason. Still up if the baby is up, obviously, that is not what I mean. But the lying there at two in the morning with a full list in my head, that stopped. Took me another month to trust it enough to say so.

Twenty two years in a warehouse on second shift, home at eleven thirty, in bed at one, awake at four. That was the shape of my life and I had stopped complaining about it. One capsule with breakfast, which for me is noon. Week four I slept to seven. Nobody in this house believed it. Second bottle is on the shelf.

For about a year I had been setting the alarm for five and then lying there arguing with it, and losing. Not lazy. Just no gas in the tank at that hour. Somewhere around week five the argument got shorter and now I am up before the alarm most days. Still hate the first mile. Do not hate the getting up.

Read the certificate before I ordered, which is the first time I have done that and not found a hole in it. Sixty days in: the four o clock fog is a four o clock haze. My wife has not commented, which is her way of saying nothing changed, and I will take the haze anyway.

recess duty with thirty kids used to take everything i had before lunch. now it is just cold. four or five weeks maybe. not dramatic, i just dont need to sit down after

Six pack is the only way the price makes sense, and it is still two hundred and ten dollars at once. The product works for me. I am sharper at 3pm than I was at 1pm, which is a strange sentence to write. I just do not like paying for five months of anything up front. That is the whole complaint.

My mother is sixty two and works the register at our shop and will not spend a dollar on herself. I put a bottle in with the order and told her it was vitamins from the pharmacy. She asked me twice if it was expensive. She is on her feet alot and for the last month she has stopped going straight to bed when we close. Six weeks. I will keep buying it and keep lying about the price.

Mild nausea for the first five or six days if I took it without food, which I did twice because hotel breakfast does not open until six thirty and my flight was at seven. Solved by eating a banana in the car. After that, fine. Six weeks in, the afternoons are better. Four stars because nobody warns you about the empty stomach part.

The nurse wrote down that he seemed brighter, and he came home pleased about it for three days, and he has mentioned it twice since. Four stars because he now credits the capsules for a comment from a nurse he will never see again, and because I have no idea whether she was writing about his mood or his blood work.

The thing I did not expect: my nails. They have been peeling and splitting since my second pregnancy and they are not doing that anymore. I am not going to claim a capsule did that in six weeks on no evidence. But I noticed, and I am 38, and my hands are in water all day. The afternoon thing is real too, mild.

We had a bad ice storm in February and I was on sixteen hour shifts four days running. Normally by day three I am useless and snapping at the crew. This time I was tired and stupid but I was still working. Been taking these since October so the timing lines up. Could be a coincidence. Ordered the six pack anyway.

Capsules are fine. I have been on them since January and my Monday morning is less of a fog than it was. The bottle is my complaint. Wide mouth, no desiccant, and the lid does not seal in a bag. I have had two capsules split in my dopp kit. Put it in a better bottle and this is five stars.

Week six of the school run and I have not shouted in the parking lot once. I still hate the parking lot. I just do not arrive at work already ruined. Thirty seven, two kids, a job that starts at eight thirty. The first month was nothing, wich I expected and did not enjoy.

Twenty eight capsules in a bottle that says thirty. I counted twice because I have become that person. Support sent a replacement without much fuss, and the replacement counted thirty, so it is probably a machine and not a policy. Four stars because the capsules are working for my wife and I do not want to make this the whole review, but a count is a count.

Six pack math brings it to thirty five a bottle and that is still a real amount of money in this house. I buy it, I like it, and every ninety days I think about stopping. Four stars. Nothing wrong with the capsules at all.

stairs are the whole job and after thirty years of them at fifty five i have opinions about knees. the knee still clicks. it just does not swell up by thursday anymore. six weeks. i noticed in the shower, of all places.

Product: four stars, works about as advertised, six weeks, better afternoons. Packaging: the induction seal under the cap was half lifted when it arrived, which made me nervous enough to email. They answered in a day and offered a replacement. I kept the bottle because the capsules looked fine. But I want to say it out loud, because a lifted seal on a supplement is not nothing.

Special ed aide, so my day is lifting and crouching and repeating myself. The repeating myself part got easier, which I did not expect from a capsule. Week four. I am not going to oversell it. My knees are the same, my back is the same, my patience is better.

My helper is twenty four and I am fifty eight and for the last two years he has been waiting on me at the top of the stairs. He is not waiting anymore. I am not faster than him, I am just not stopping. Started in May, noticed by July.

Two months, one bottle a month, no side effects, no dramatic morning where the clouds part. What I have is a Tuesday where I do my session, work, and do not need to lie down at four. My wife has not commented, which for her means she has not noticed, and I am fine with that. It is a small thing that adds up. Thirty-five a month is less than the physio.

Ordered the three pack for my mother in November. She is 74, takes four other things, and I asked the pharmacist at her pharmacy whether there was anything obvious to worry about with a supplement like this before I gave it to her. He said to keep an eye out, and that was all. Eleven weeks, no stomach trouble, no headaches, nothing. She says she has more go in the morning and she likes the walk to the mailbox now. I cannot prove either one. Not sending it back.

Bake professionally, in at eleven at night, out at seven in the morning. My sleep has been a mess for a decade. Took the capsule when I got home, which is my evening, and that was a bad idea, lay there like a board. Moved it to when I wake up around two in the afternoon, before I go in, and that worked. Four weeks of that and I am getting five or six hours straight instead of four broken ones.

Pharmacy tech, on my feet nine hours. Six weeks before anything. Then I noticed I was getting to sleep without the phone in my hand. The energy came after that, maybe another two weeks. Two bottles in and no plans to stop.

works well enough. the bottle is too big for the dopp kit and i crushed two capsules in a week. forty nine dollars is still forty nine dollars on an expense report.

Works on sleep, week five, up once instead of three times. The capsule sticks halfway down my throat every other day. Four stars.

Found out it was doing something becuase I ran out for nine days and the afternoons came back with a vengeance. Four stars because I would rather have noticed without the experiment.

Ten weeks and I have stopped thinking about this product, which is the highest praise I can give a supplement. I take it with breakfast, I forget about it, and at four in the afternoon I am still working. The bottle is ugly and the price is high and I have reordered twice.

Took my grandson to a ballgame in June. The cheap seats are up four flights and I have bought the cheap seats for years and let him go up first so he would not see me stop. This year I went up with him and I was talking the whole way and I did not have to stop at the landing. He is ten and he did not notice anything because ten year olds do not notice anything. I am 68. I have been taking one capsule with breakfast since February. That is the whole thing. I sat in the cheap seats and I could see the whole field and I did not have to plan the walk back down.

Every year the boat goes in late because I run out of steam. This year it went in on the twelfth of April, which is the earliest it has been in a decade, and I did the prep myself. I am 70. I am not going to pretend that the boat is a medical device. I am saying the spring went differently this year and this is the only thing I changed.

My daughter called on a Sunday and said I looked different, and I said that is the camera, and she said no, you look awake. I had not told her about the capsules. Week seven, roughly. I am 67 and I have been retired two years and I had not realized I looked tired to other people.
